Dave Morrison founded Summit Heating & Airin 2008 after spending a decade working for one of Seattle's largest HVAC contractors. He saw an industry that overcharged, underdelivered, and treated homeowners like transactions instead of neighbors.
Today, Summit serves over 4,200 homes across Seattle with a simple promise: honest diagnostics, upfront pricing, and work we'd be proud to put in our own homes. Our team of 12 certified technicians is EPA-certified, NATE-trained, and committed to getting the job right the first time.
