HIIT Training
30-minute explosive intervals that torch fat and build athleticism. No two classes are the same.
Strength & Power
Barbell-focused compound lifts with progressive overload. Squat, bench, deadlift, overhead.
Olympic Lifting
Clean & jerk, snatch, and accessory work. Coached technique from the platform up.
Boxing & Kickboxing
Heavy bag work, pad drills, and footwork. Real technique — not cardio kickboxing.
Yoga & Mobility
Active recovery, deep stretching, and breathwork. Essential for longevity in the gym.
Personal Training
One-on-one coaching with a certified trainer. Custom programming, nutrition guidance, accountability.

Coach Marcus Reed
Former University of Washington linebacker turned NASM-certified personal trainer. Marcus founded Iron & Oak in 2016 with one squat rack, three clients, and a philosophy that still drives every session today.
