Meet Toby Reeves
Started turning wrenches at 15. ASE Master Technician by 25. Toby graduated from Universal Technical Institute and spent a decade at dealerships before opening Pacific Auto Works in 2006.
Twenty years and over five thousand cars later, the philosophy hasn't changed: tell the customer the truth, charge a fair price, and stand behind every repair. That's it.
Toby is on-site every single day. When you bring your car in, you talk to the person who's going to work on it. No service advisors. No middlemen. No runaround.
